Man, they really piss me off sometimes.
Do you have a lot of problems or something?
I have found their CS frustrating like that too... feels like they actually try not to resolve anything at times.
At least they do seem to fix everything exactly right in the end from what I have seen and heard... and they are by far the best solution there is for adult webmasters to pay each other imho.

CS always works well for me.
Nah, they're just really dumb.
Problem #1:
I mail the CS support because I lost my password and didn't set a secret question and stuff like that. I also I can verify it's me with scans of my ID. So the CS mails me back and tells me to mail them from my account. How the FUCK can I mail them from my Epassporte account if I lost my password? The guy just didn't want to help me and I had to e-mail KimmyKim to solve this problem.
Problem #2:
I lost my electron card a while ago and also moved to a new house. So I let the customer support block the electron card I made and a month later I told them to change my address. They told me I had to fill in some documents and I was like okay sure. So I mail them back to ask where I can find the documents and they tell me they already sent it. So I tell them I didn't get the documents and this is what they tell me:
Dear Sir/Madam:
We have received your email and the information has been forwarded to the
Technical Department. You will be contacted via email as soon as the issue is resolved.
Thank you for your patience and please do not hesitate to contact us if you
have any questions.
Regards,
Leah
What the fuck, man? So 4 days passed and they still didn't change my fucking address.
My english might be bad but it's not that hard to understand.

I have yet to have a single problem that needs their CS in over a year of using them, but most places these days.. it's like that. People that actually know stuff cost too much an hour.

I don't have a lot of problems with Epass but if I have one I want it to be solved quickly.

Tell me about it, It took like 3 weeks just to get my address changed that was a while ago. Though. (Several emails)
Guys, customer service has a list of procedures. If A happens, then do B. If X is said, say Y.
There are a lot of regulations and rules and crap like that they have to comply with for Visa and the banks, not to mention our in house policies to top it all off.
And no, these guys aren't being paid a hundred g's a year.
And some things are beyond the scope of what they are allowed to handle on their own.
No no , everyone loves epassporte like jesus , they could never do any wrong.. Im sure it must be your fault..
The customer support at epassporte SUCKS ASS, Not only are they the furthest thing from helpfull , but its almost as if they do everything they can to keep you from getting any help

The fees are on the website. Transferring money p2p is .25 cents. Using Text Money is free for the first 30 transactions a month and then it's .50 thereafter, in addition to the transfer fees. Loading your personal account with a credit card is 5%. Loading or unloading via ACH is $2.
All these are personal account fees. If you have or need a commercial account, some of the fees are on a sliding scale and some are set.
Wildcard, I've got your email and you've got a reply, actually 2, in your inbox by now
