Noticed a site in my stats that wasn't mine, so I go check it out. The guy uploaded one of my galleries to HIS server, same pictures, same everything, but added different recips at the top.

Funny thing though, he didn't change my linking codes.. Why take somones gallery, upload it to your host, add your recips to it, but not change the linking codes? Man people are fucking retarted.

Actually, this happens a lot and can get you into serious trouble down the line should he submit it to tons of places and then change it to a dialer/spyware/redirection or something else. It'll be you they blacklist.

Well lets say he gets listed on some big sites then decides to re-direct the gallery.

Guess whose ref code gets banned?

yes, it sucks, I have got alot of my galleries stolen, I get so fucking tierd of all these cheaters.

I had something similar happen a few months ago but it was a fucking spammer who took a full page add i designed and spammed it, my link codes intact.

Almost got my account shut down over it.
