If I want SIGNHERE Changed in my source and I found it at 400 occurences

It can change everything to Sign-UP if I wanted to all 400 times

Any text file you can do a search and replace on, and most html editors have the feature as well.

I assume you have notepad installed with windows? if your using windows.. if so just hit ctrl+h or edit>replace

M$ Word does this but its not free. If im not mistaken both Wordpad and Notepad can do this.

I have changed 1000's of links, html, text, etc.

if your HTML editor cant do that... i suggest u dump it.. =)

Ultraedit - it kicks ass and has multifile search and replace.
