i was just wondering about how legal it is to put pics of my friend modeling in her underwear and nude on my website she is 19 and has agreed to it since her face is only in 2 of them........would i need to do anything special like legal or what ...... i dunno if im gonna put them up it was just a thought and i wanted to know bout it...

Its legal as long as you can prove her age and have a signed model agreement. otherwise anythings possible.

Yeah you need a model release and a government issued picture identification that shows her date of birth on it.
