How much would you lease a site for, worth 25/30k?
I've built a site over the past 7 months and I estimate from all of the hours n' work put into it, it is worth approximately 25/30k. A major site is interested in adpoting the site as a feature into their own network, and want to lease it from me at a monthly fee.
Me and my programmer would continue to maintain, update, and expand on the service, so that must be calculated in as well. I have no experience with this and they want some numbers. I'm thinking about suggesting $1,000 - $1,500 a month with added perks like a spot in one of their monthly mailings, and things like that. Do you think I'm charging too little, or too much? I know, there's a lot of variables involved, but any insight would help! |
