You should investigate the situation , find out why the staff at epassporte is a bunch of useless clowns.


Maybe they really are so useless it takes 500 times longer than any other credit card to get unblocked, or maybe epassporte is using paypal like tactics to sieve off money for other use's , it doesn't matter to me. Useless staff = bye bye money

To all the other epassporte nuthuggers, i dont blame you , i would be the first to jump in on an epassporte thread , with good things to say. These stories lead me to believe they are headed down the same path as paypal , thats all im saying. Count the warnings , when they reach paypal levels then run for the hills.

You can say what you like, but at the end of the day, I've discussed this with our fraud department, and what you say simply isn't the case.

I also talked to a particular webmaster program regarding some fraud they experienced.

I know 1 of the webmasters personally and know his sites, and your shitting up the wrong tree darling..

Why dont you have fraud dept tell us something.

Like how many customers you are currently taking hostage ,, err i mean security checks.

How much money is wrapped up in these accounts and what do you do with these funds while they sit idle.. ??


Better yet get some support staff that "helps" it's webmasters darling.

Well now, funny you should ask that. Money that is paid to a fraudulent account is returned to its starting point -- ie if a program paid it out, then the program is credited the money back.

Money that is loaded into the system via cc or ACH is credited back to the legitimate source where it originated.

And darling, let me make one thing clear to you. ePassporte is not in the business of being taken by fraudsters, nor do we allow our account holders to be defrauded either.

As i previously explained the accounts have nothing to do with fraud. They were 2 seperate people both experienced the same type of problems.. Accounts locked , long delays to get them back on. ( both accounts are working fine now , but that is not the point )

The service itself is a good one, the support is terrible.

Your company dropped the ball period...

All im doing is warning others that if you pay bills , dont use epassporte, because its not the same as every other credit card in the world with great service and helpfull support staff, on the contrary the slow inadequate response , form letters, general robot like customer support, i'm suprised you aren't outsourcing that support.

considering the huge amount of internet fraud you cant blame any company these days for taking precautions to guard against fraudsters.
