    question about purecashs banner ad

about all these songs in banners and such. how they have krispy kreme donuts, i had an image on my site modified with krispy kreme donuts and i got a nice email saying to take it down or i was going to be sued. that can easily happen to purecash, they just havent seen the banner YET. there logo is copyrighted. just curious why everyone uses everyone elses ideas songs slogans. etc.

I think the krispy kreme is considered a parody, and may be allowed. We've all seen tons of things like t-shirts that rework popular brand logos.

As for the music, that's a different story. I'm pretty sure that GFY isn't responsible for any copyright infringements in banners of their advertisers, so if some companies wants to take a risk I guess that's their prerogative.
