I forgot to add. My personal trainer told me that if I ever had a hankering for fast food to get the Taco Bell Bean Burrito Al Fresca. It's everything the body needs. Low carbs and very high in protein and nutrients!

Taco Hell has the absolute worst food of the fast food chains currently. They used to be somewhat decent about 15-20 years ago, but like all the other fast food places they either changed everything, or I just liked worse stuff as a kid. lolComment
