Phishing Scam

On the url ( http://www.fraudwatchinternational.c...8_citibank.htm ) there is a description of a citibank phishing scam.

It describes people receiving an email and to click the link https://web.da-us.citibank.com/sigin...user_setup.jsp When they click this link, a valid citibank opens up as well as a popup that has the scam page.

Isn't https://web.da-us.citibank.com/sigin...user_setup.jsp a valid citibank webpage, how did they get the popup to occur?

Damnit... I get the award for the dumbest name on this board. *sigh* Leave it to a Phish fan like myself to not realize that my love for my favorite band also caused me to pick a name I would later suggest that I have gone stealing.

I get that email all the time. MouseOver the link and you see an IP based URL. If you click it you do not go to CitiBank. There's also one for USBank I get a lot. "Please enter your debit card number and PIN at the prompt" Haha
