    Cash Processor Reject Rates

We are experiencing a reject rate from our cash processors that seems unusually high. What is a typical reject rate and who do you think the best processors are?

We are too new to have a merchant account at this time!
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

Are you talking about decline rates?

If so, I am consistently ~10% overall with CCBill. Higher on new sign-ups (~12%), lower on rebills (~9%). But I think different processors calculate decline rates differently, so numbers may not be directly comparable. For example if a guy is just fuckin' around and gets declined 3 times in rapid succession, is that 3 declines or 1? I think with CCBill, they calculate it as unique declines, so in that example it would be 1 decline. I hope that is the kind of info you were looking for.

Forget merchant account you can't be doing enough volume. We started with Ibill as our processors and now we use CCBill as primary and Ibill as secondary

                                  mindoza,

This is John with Jettis. I asked our Client Services department run a throughput analysis on your account and our numbers are much different than yours. I believe there may be some confusion in the way you're viewing our reports.

If you could, please contact [email protected] or call 818-707-7434 so we can provide you with the numbers and straighten out any confusion.

                                  Best,

                                  John
