Linklists that send decent traffic?

I want to start submitting freesites to linklists again. I'm looking to build a list of about 80-100 linklists that are capable of sending some decent traffic and/or PR. Later I'll probably prune it down down to 50 or so depending on performance.

Check out www.submittool.com. They have a pretty good list of reliable link lists. About 80 in total.
