Theres actually some really good stuff on bodybuilding.com.. of course with the massive volume of visitors ( probably half of them high schoolers who haven't even finished going through puberty) there are some really wacked out threads.

These pages dont shock me, what shocked me a couple of days ago was when I on IRC found this new password channel wasnt just handing out cracked passes, they have a huge amount of password files at their disposal for stuff like deluxepass, acg and tons of big single pay sites.

Its a nice service for the freeloaders really and the channel is always busy.
