180 days after Probilling "broke" reserves are due?

I tried calling, prochating, and emailing, asking for the $964.60 owed to me and promised in 180 days after account was closed by me back on 12-03, for the last week, and I finally got an email back:

    Hello There,

All reserves are currently being held and not released to merchants.
Currently your balance is in a negative state and we cannot send you these
    funds at this time.

    Please check back shortly.

    Regards,

Not that I counted on it, but I had to try, it's a fucking K of my money. I would have more respect (if any) if they just told me I was NOT ever going to get it so I could stop wasting my time...

...and NO, there were no CBs. The stats showing the amount owed me stayed the same for 6 months up untill the date they were due, and "magically" that turned into a balance of $19.99, a penny less than the $20 dollar wire transfer fee.

    Funny shit.

      Bummer
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.
