It is here in Portugal, but not as much as in Spain. Things got more expensive and money seems to fly. But as I said it is worst in Spain (what used to coast 100 pesetas now coasts 1 Euro, wich I think it is about 166 pesetas)

yes, you are right... we get our salaries in pesetas worthy but we have to pay in euros!!

Well it's logical to band together as a superstate but in practice it does not work. There are just too many differences between the countries.
For example, France and Germany both sell out their friends for a bit of oil, Sweden likes to give away all it's rights so that Muslim immigrant girls can have babies at 15 years of age, Belgium just has no clue about anything except making chocolate, the UK has a huge immigration problem, Spain gives in to terrorists' demands, the Mafia runs riot in Eastern Europe and the whole continent is in Iran's/ Saudi's pocket.
We have an aging population which is only being replaced by newborn Muslims who do not then integrate into society.
And we think we can set ourselves up to be a rival to the USA? Lol.
Europe has many great things and it's not too bad where I live but we are doomed if we turn our backs on our traditional good friends the USA. I would rather the UK join the USA than join Europe. (Now let all the haters tear me apart).

well, i agree with you in some points but i dont in others. i do not hate america and i do not think we should be america's enemy or be a rival. but i also think we should develop an european culture which does not exist at all at the moment. we need to stregthen our cultural policies so that europe can be a real society with many different countries and lifestyles but with a common spirit.
yes, it sounds very idealistic, but i really think that europe could be a good thing for all of us...
on the other hand, the reality is very different, and i agree with you that today we are very far from being a real community. they just care about economics thats wahy the rush so much with the euro thing, but they do not rush in other political or social areas... burocracy is getting bigger and bigger.

wanna know!
You have to blame the government for that. In no other country things got so much out of hand as in Spain. Apart from the Euro they kept the wages low and allowed housing prices to rise to the most expensive in western-europe.

I forgive you for being an ignorant stupid fuck. Spain didn't give in to terrorist but ignorant stupid fucks of course don't know what happened in spain under the PP government during the past two years. etc etc
And for one thing I don't want to be controlled by an imperialist aggressor that lies to his own people and the rest of the world to send the country to war and doesn't have a clue how to fight terrorism as their so-called fight clearly increased it during the past 2 years...
