- 10 mb/s quality INTERNAP bandwidth (6400GB xfer), $125/mbit afterwarrds in 95th percentile billing
- 24 x 7 support (if you call at 3am to reboot a server, it will get rebooted at 3:02)
- Remote reboot and serial console access to 30 servers
- Management of up to 30 servers ($100/month per server afterwards)
- Proactive monitoring and paging of up to 35 servers
- 300GB storage for Archival purposes (backed up nightly, removed from site weekly)
- Disaster recovery. We build kickstart, jumpstart, systemimager, or ghost images of your servers
- multiple paths to the internet
- Load balancer setup and management
- Firewall setup and management
- Support for Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris, Windows2000, Windows 2003, and HPUX
- Managed DNS

Not really right now. We are looking for a very good graphics designer, though.. And are contemplating hiring somebody on a mostly commission-based level for sales. We've got a few customers right now, and are finding it's a pretty good business model.

Interesting. We've actually given up on trying to work with designers online. We're pretty much only looking at medium-sized local firms. We've had 2 flakes now in terms of logo design/webdesign over the past 3 months and now it's gotten into the critical "throw money at local people" phase. Thanks for the offer though.. later on we'll need people to do piece work as we build customer interfaces to our management tools, templates/skins and stuff!
