Screen cap the images you want and make them into an animated gif in your photo editor.
or there is a program from Jasc i beleive that can import the mpg and crate animated gifs on the fly. http://www.jasc.com/products/? Animation Shop? 3 |

There is a freeware mpg to flash encoder floating around out there...
but here are some pay utils: http://www.blue-pac.com/products/tur...eo/default.htm http://www.getsomesoft.com/Multimedi....html?sort=dls (videomaster on that page is only $20) |

If you can convert it to a quicktime movie, you can import it into ImageReady and deal with each frame as you wish.

Check Flashkit for the converter. If they dont have it, you can surely find out where to get it there.
