              The script grabs galleries from other sites every day and updates using those. You can also take regular and partner submissions if you are so inclined but with the gallery harvesting script running, it's hardly necessary.

                                          Go ahead and email me. Comparing this to stealing content is asinine. I agree, I don't want to rehash this conversation again. It's been done numerous times already. I'm relatively sure I am not spidering any of your sites. The only sites I spider are sites that have gotten their galleries from spidering.

Anyway, it's illegal to copy links from my sites, the database is copyrighted. So if you were harvesting from there, save you and me a lot of trouble and time and stop it...

                                                                                                  No matter how easy you shake off the points people make about harvesting links from other sites... it remains illegal. You say it had been done before. So has dealing cocain. that doesn't make it right. I couldn't make my money that way... Doesn't matter, just make sure you do not harvest any links from my site!

                                                                                                                  Just to clarify, I DO harvest links. Some of the biggest sites out there do too. I don't have any large sites so what I spider is kind of irrelevant. Chances are nobody will see my sites anyway. Most are there for testing/development purposes. My script is a tool. How other people use it is up to them. I have no control over that.

                                                                                                                  Having said that, even with the small amount of traffic that I send to galleries I have had submitters notice and contact me for partner accounts. I have never had a submitter contact me and ask to have his/her galleries removed. Never. To say that most submitters wouldn't like to have their galleries harvested is incorrect.
