Your Favorite OS?
Ah, the wonderful world of Operating Systems! Now I've used a few and there's a few I still want to try.
I have use all of the following and I offer my comments: Windows 3.1-What a joke Windows 95-sucks Windows 98SE-good personal OS Windows 2000 Server-Good Security Server OS Windows Me-Currently have(SUCKS!) Linux(not sure which)-Very good Now my question to you is...what all OS's can you recall using and what's your favorite/least favorite? ------------------ Poizon ICQ-84284401--I'm currently |

System 7.5 - This OS kicked great heaps of ass DOS- yay that was one fun POS win3.1- cool for the time, but less cool than macs win95- cooler in it own "I'm a big piece of BSOD'ing shit" kinda way. but i liked it. win98- pretty much win95 with all the ie upgrades (or yea and usb and a gradient in the itle bars). I use this still. I like it, but it has it's bad days. win2k- just installed it on my friend's machine...he uses it just like win98 i want to kill him.. it has iis *drool*, and other cool shit. *nix- havent touched it....but i should MacOS 8- very cool. |

I use win95 on one comp with MIE, linux w/ netscape on another and win NT on my baby 286 that we still use for games and I edit my pgs on it sometimes...I also have a IBM XT I aquired but it has no math co-processor so I either need to get one or find an old linux OS that doesn't need one...the only win that'll work on it is NT
