Usually 3-4 weeks if you don't pay.You'll only get listed with fresh content, all galleries with content from known sponsors will most likely be turned down.

I have been submitting to them for months and i finally quit. Iv taken alook at there gallerys that they post and they suck. Ugly and not to clean in my opinion. Its not only me that feels this way. Many other webmasters/affiliates I know that make great money int he biz through submissions tell me worldsex doesnt even list them. The ones that have been listed say its worthless and the traffic isnt shit. I had a paid #1 spot on al4a few weeks back and the traffic was really shitty. The guy pierre runs al4a and worldsex as well. So this didnt suprise me. Not 1 sign up for the whole day and the traffic was only 1k click thrus..Iv actually given up on buying spots. haven't been listed on al4a in like 4 years or so, but i've been on world sex and it seems hardcore type galleries do the best. the quality of the traffic doesn't compare to other sites tho, but most of my best galleries didn't get listed so i don't have a very accurate read on his traffic. just shit here and there that gets listed.Originally posted by DavieVegas

Intesting topic. I used to get listed on Worldsex all of the time...no problems at all. I stopped submitting for about 3 months...was working on other projects and just didn't have the time. Well, I started submitting again about 6 weeks ago....and every friggen gallery is declined. Mind you, I do not make typical galleries. These are all ones that take a great deal of time and a lot of effort is put into them. I use fresh content ...fresh as in content I just purchased from well known, high quality content providers (no 30 sets for 10 dollar deals).
So I have been racking my brain trying to figure out what the problem is. Somehow it is comforting knowing I am not alone.Comment
