i'm starting out a new web design company and I need to take the necessary precations online. I was wondering if someone could tell me some good sites or could advise me on cyber law issues such as intellectual property, protecting my design, my logo, trademarking my name etc... thx |

Some of the adultwebmaster magazines online have some great info for those areas. Attorney names too. I can never remember it right and take an hour to find the bookmark for it, but try http://www.adultwebmastermagazine.com . that may not be right so if anyone else out there has it...
They go over copyrights and things in depth in layman terms. Used to have weekly articles on alot of net areas from experts and attornies that have dealt with it. |
