Yep, I've had t's manufactured. You just do a design and then the shirt manufacturer takes it from there and does all the silkscreen work.

they capture your art to a film- then they run the film into the machine. the film is a one time cost per design and the number of colors you use will increase the price along with the quality of shirt. hanes and anvil are for cheap shit.

I've been looking around and saw some sites where the guys basically cut a template out of some plastic & then use a paint roller and roll it on the shirt. I might mess around with something like that. |

Sure you can create your own silk screens..... just do a basic web search on do it yourself silkscreening...
For small run shit though you may want to look into someone with a heat press and a vinyl plotter... M.

i think you can make your own iron-on decals that actually look pretty good. you print the art on to the transfer and iron it on.
