tesco's (my nearest supermarket) sells small packs of sushi with 4 tiny rice rolls wrapped in seaweed, with a bit of cucumber in the middle for £3.99 - thats about $7.50. thats pretty outrageous for about 25g of rice!
but it tastes awesome

Also.. sushi doens't necessarily contain raw fish. A lot of sushi is made only with vegetables or cooked fish / crab etc. It's basically any combination fish (cooked or raw), shell fish, mushrooms and vegetables rolled in sticky rice, wrapped with kelp and sliced. It's often topped with ginger and wasabi, which is an extremely hot, green horse radish.

Man I love sushi. It's my favorite food too.
Been a while. Normally I draw up a roll with tuna on top, and tuna in the center with avocado. (ultimate tuna roll).
Also dig this same roll, but with unagi (eel), and unagi sauce on the top, tuna/avocado in the middle.
