    fender bender today

    a semi and I just merged onto a double lane 35mph. he moved over to the left lane then totally turned into my lane and into a sideroad cutting me off and smashing the trailer into my truck.

    nice 1 eh so lets get this right. first he has his left blinker on to merge, then his left blinker on again to get into the other lane, this all happens in 80 feet, then somehow hes just thinks he can take the right sideroad 30 feet ahead?

    Probably could have gotten a couple grand out of his insurance. screw it.

    Was heavy traffic, didn't even want to waste time

                  I got rear ended by a semi last year, in my old '96 corolla. It was on the freeway during rush hour, the semi only hit me doing about 10mph but it was enough to knock me about 6 ft forward into the car in front of me.

                  Ended up doing 6,000 dollars in damages to a 4,000 dollar car...
