            I'm new and not making any money yet, but my goal is to make $1000/month (net) by December.

            Yes, this is probably peanuts to a lot of you, but I just need to supplement my day job so that I can pay my mortgage and have more than Top Ramen on the dinner table.

                        I run one free site and one Avs site.
                        My free site is the only one generating money.
                        My avs has been up for almost 3 weeks and no signups.
                        I am living proof that free sites can make money.
                        Why would someone pay to see content that I offer for free.
                        It's just a matter of hard work and good sponsors.

                            Nothing wrong with Top Ramen, just looking for some other culinary options.

                            I've had Top Ramen plain (chicken flavor is best), with vegetables, with canned chili and most other ways imaginable. In fact, I could probably write a Top Ramen cookbook.

                            Hmmmm, maybe that might make more money than any porn site I might make.

                                Do you push your AVS site with your free site traffic?

                                I see a lot of people leaving the traffic up to cyberage, or who ever you are using. When I did this I got no sign ups.

                                I started pushing the site with my free sites, and on the galleries I submit to the TGP's. That's when the signups started coming in. The amount of traffic free sites and galleries recieve... is insane if you really think about it. They are their own little marketing machines.

                                                        2K a month mostly through TGP galleries. But I fear my main sponsor might be shutting down - I'm aiming for 4K a month by whenever to be able to confirm this as my permanent job. I'm just starting to get the hang of it, using different sponsors now to distribute my eggs, but not much success with other sponsors. Planning to get 5-6 more domains to build more sites, and planning to get into avs.

                                                            I hate to see you fine folks fighting, and over what, a couple of bucks, a difference of opinion over free hosting. Free hosting works well, one can make a nice little bit of money on it, it is especially good for those starting out. But paid hosting is worth it once you have the method down. I am however thinking about going back to some free hosting.
