Seriously though, you think age really has that much of a factor?

Sure, the younger people are the later they entered the industry and thus the more competition they faced, but I think one's actions and performance speak louder than how long they've been able to vote or not (although I do think that age affects people's initial perceptions of oneself, but only before you actually know the person)

If a trade can do 1000 hits a day then that is what he cares about. Nylos because he STILL takes time out to school and give insites into why shit is the way it is.

Nick Baauw - A great business man with a crazy personality. I'd love to sit with him and shoot the shit.
