So I got my new Pay Pal Credit card this week and I sign-up at a porn site
why can I use Pay Pal to look at porn but I can't do business related to porn?

They don't police what you actually spend money on if you use it as a real CC, they only care what you actually use PayPal for. If they person takes PayPal, they care. If they take VISA/MC then they don't.
