So i had the shits for a full week. And yeah, i know you lose a bunch of water weight through dehydration when you've got diarrhea, but i found myself eating bugger all because i felt so bad.

And now that it's gone, i've found i'm still eating less. I guess i kind of got used to it. Lost a few kilos. Keeping it off so far and continuing to eat way less than before.

I highly recommend it.

If you had the runs that long ,you should see a doctor...somethings wrong man

Nah, it was all good. Just a stomach bug. I did some reading up on it. Apparently it can last up to 2 weeks. All the medical sites recommended seeing a doctor after about 4 days, but i just started taking some of those bacteria pill things. You know, the ones with "good" bacteria. Literally fixed it up overnight.

The Food Poisoning Diet works well too.

After you get over the initial "issues", eating is not so enjoyable anymore.

heh diarrhea is not the most pleasant thing to do. I had some pretty bad ones in the past
