Think about the nice things he can do with alot of subpages with pagerank and good link popularity...certainly pays off long term without redirecting or bullshit, just needs some time before heavy SE traffic knocks at the door

                                                                                                                                                                                              Maybe these guys are legit, but you'll have more luck getting webmasters to trust a politician from Arkansas alone with their wives than you will getting them to trust a new free host.

                                                                                                                                                                                              Dozens and dozens of them have screwed webmasters over in the past. The vast majority of TGP's won't list galleries on a freehost so that makes the free TGP submitter deal practically worthless.
                                                                                                                                                                                              Even with them being able to submit a gallery on their own domain name....once you add the headers and footers the TGP scripts will auto delete the gallery since the html changed.

                                                                                                                                                                                              Bandwidth is cheap and dozens of sponsors will host your domain for you banner free, I think the days of the header/footer/404 trap free host are over.
                                                                                                                                                                                              From a webmaster's point of view its not worth the risk.
