I think the visa card was $30 or $35 forgot...

and yes when withdrawing you can get the currency of your country or you can get usd dollars if the machine has that option

I can't remember if it was $35 a year or a one off charge, but not a lot.

The exchange rate is very poor, I think it's about 10% off the bank rates.

There support IMO is very poor.
