Parex Bank is one of the biggest and most established banks in Latvia.

Link: parex.net

As for contracts, I never heard such things. I'm using few banks in Baltics, including corporate offshore bank account in Parex, no one requires contracts.

You can open account by mail or fax, the credit or debit card will be delivered by DHL.

we have been using Parex for many years for several companies. never had any problems or complaints and they are one of the fastest growing and most solid banks in Eastern Europe.
