Terrorists can be beaten, but it's going to be a long hard fight. It certainly doesn't involve invading sovereign nations and turning them into terrorists breeding grounds.
The terrorists will never be stopped as long as a Republican is in charge, because they don't want to stop them. They created them to have another enemy to fight after the cold war, and look how well it's worked out. Could you imagine how low Bush support would be if 9/11 didn't happen? I mean whose graves would he be standing on in his campaign ads?
