Exactly - its a "chicken egg" situation.

Ultimately though - the right to the truth wins.

We must always have the right to explore the truth,
and therefore terrorist events will always be broadcast.

We all seem to think terrorist acts can NOT be stopped.
But they can by interrupting the broadcast - without influencing the reporting of the truth.

So we rush to show the graphics rather then report only the raw facts of the terrorist event.

The fact is though - we dont have to have full color graphics and footage to report the events on a global basis - to know the truth.

The graphics make money and increase ratings.

The most powerful information source on the planet is television not the internet.

We could try to say - "for this one particular type of terrorist act we'll only broadcast the data and not the graphics."

Why could we not make a few small steps in that direction?
