no no.. look at the helmet.. you see the light source there, (sun), but how can the shadow go towards the sun? thats.. erhm. not possible.. also remember they didnt have flashlight

Although this is a funny conversation, you all should check this page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apollo_...ax_accusations

Peacemaker 06-23-2004 04:57 AM

quote from the above page:
"Shadows on the Moon are complicated because there are several light sources; the Sun, Earth and the Moon itself"

yeah right.. the light source of the earth is brighter than the one from the sun..
so much blabla on that page ;)

You don't give up do you? :)
I don't know what that is.

tdp-Cool-content 06-23-2004 05:16 AM

If the moon landing is not true, ther must bee at least a 100 people that know about it.. how can they keep ther mouth shoot 4 so longe?

no, i dont give up ;)

arcording to nasa, they made 2 videos at DIFFERENT location at a different time. but as you see, its the same location.

you should watch the "Fox TV and the Apollo Moon Hoax" "Did We Land on the Moon?" to understand better :)

why 100 people? just some need to be involved.. (the "actors")..

quote: "10 astronauts died "under mysterious circumstances" during Apollo".... stronaut deaths: Ed Givens (car accident), Ted Freeman (T-38 crash), C. C. Williams (T-38 accident), Elliot See and Charlie Bassett (T-38 accident), Gus Grissom, Ed White, and Roger Chaffee (Apollo 1 fire). .. etc.

Fabuleux: i ll come back later, need to go.. nice discussion ;)

KRL 06-23-2004 05:36 AM

I wouldn't put it past our government to have faked the moon landings. But there were several of them if you recall, and with that many people involved it'd be tough to keep that big of a farse secret.

MrJackMeHoff 06-23-2004 05:42 AM

Please disregard the fucking retard comment I lost my mind there. Sorry.

Theres alot of people who havn't kept it secret but since the the gob'ment said its true its "true".

StuartD 06-23-2004 06:25 AM

All of that stuff is suspect.... highly.

Here's the one thing that's always baffled me...

I borrowed this image, now... all the obvious things aside, look under the lander. This lander uses 25000 pounds of thrust under that thing... let's say while landing that it uses only a fraction of that even. Well, on a surface that is nothing but loose and very dry dirt.... uhmm.... would it really look that nice and tidy? Wouldn't there be a bit of a crater or something????

StuartD 06-23-2004 06:29 AM

oh yeah, forgot to answer the question.

It's my opinion, based on my own observations, plus as everyone else has said... the fact that nasa, it seems, hasn't been able to put anyone on the moon since... that the last lunar landing has actually yet to happen.

I believe, with 99% assuradness, that there has been no lunar landing yet.

Global Dialers 06-23-2004 10:49 AM

so whats the consensus we were duped or not?

That's like asking the question "Who really killed Kennedy?"

We're never going to know the truth.

A launch from the moon costs far less energy then a launch from earth, there is no atmosphere and gravity is 7 times lower.

getting something into orbit is not the problem, all you have to do for there is get past the atmosphere and the gravitational pull will allow it to stay in orbit. This is why we have the moon. The problem is getting it all to line up, from here to the moon orbit, shuttle to lander, lander to moon, lander to shuttle, shuttle to earth. Sorry to many limiting reagants such as the efficiency of the fuel, the mass of the vehicles you are talking about, and the limitations of the pilots life support systems.

The space suits are said to be kinda heavy but i can not remember the exact weight, i guess if you took the weight of the suit, did some math to figure out how much force the astranauts could produce by jumping in it and took into account the lower gravity you could tell if the jump height was correct.......

So.. Why dont we get one of our fancy telescopes, zoom in on the moon and look for that flag we supposedly left there?.... Problem solved.

We've already tried and no on has ever found evidence we were there. Including the fact we supposedly left the botton of the lander and a fucking car!

hydro 06-27-2004 12:44 AM

it wouldnt suprise me if it was faked.

Funny how the 'wind' only 'blows' the flag when an astronaut is moving the flagpole around. Show me the flag blowing without anybody shaking the flagpole.

While your theory of the light looks good at first glance, I hate to say, that most likely you are wrong on this.

For that path to be correct ( the one you have drawn) the light source would have to have been VERY close to your converging point. To make those shadows have the correct angle as you say.
