What happened to Global Charge's domains? Did anyone else get this email?

Hi -

Due to domain name complication's we are requesting client's to use an IP address for dialer downloads. This is to replace http://dload.ipbill.com/dload.html?dload='DID' with http://217.73.66.1/dlooad.html?dload='DID' ('DID' referring to dialer identification');

ACT NOW! - It's imperative that this change is actioned immediately. This is to avoid any loss of traffic!

If you are using our minidialler link, replace it with http://217.73.64.76/sexaccess/?dload='DID' ('DID' referring to dialer identification');

Did they get blocked by the ISPs or did their domain get seized by the registrar?

I guess I'm the only one that found this interesting. It must be going off the front page because it is business related.

They must have been processing for sites accepting spam or something. I guess Joker.com got a whole bunch of complaints about it or something.
