I remember they had an online feed you got 5 minutes free but then had to pay for after 9/11 and all that. Back then I just did some packet sniffing and found the URL of the actual feed and it turned out it wasn't protected.
The funny thing about their server, if you try certain things it has cheeky messages to "silly hacker" in english.
