    Hard drive question fast reply please

    I installed a new one 10 min ago bios finds it and windows xp found it and installed it and i made a reboot i can find it everywhere in every system shit but the fucker will not be in explorer and so on how do i find it?

    do i need to name it or something like f: to be able to use it or ????

    help please

      control panel>administative tools>computer management>disk management


      from there you can create a partition/format/name the disk

              yep... harddrives dont come pre-formatted... like floppies..

              you'll have to format it...
