This HTML find / replace program exist?

Anyone know if there is a program out there that will do mass .html find / replaces in subfolders? I've got a crapload of .htm files I need to have something changed in and they're all subfoldered under a central folder. So instead of having to add in each .htm file, I could just select a folder and it would automatically look in that directories subfolders.

Currently, for mass find / replace jobs I use CuteHTML. Great program, and I can drag in a crapload of files at a time. But it won't automatically open .htm files in subfolders.
