WTF, today almost my house got burned down by fucking fire
Damn, we dad and I were making some changed in my house for the dish washer.
I don't know how to tell it in best english, but here is what happend.
We had to braze some copperlines. And my dad did it with gas. Professional tool etc. But for some reason it was inside not a good tool and suddenly the fireball, came INTO the gastank. And as you understand exploded. THe fire was like 2 meters high. My dad jumped away, made his arms wet, and opened the outside balcony door. And he grabbed the buring gastank, and through it on the balcony. There we used water to keep the tank at least cool, so it the irontank would not explode as well. Then another leak or whatever, and another flame of 2-3 meter. THe windows was also very hot, so we went to another room and waited till the gas was almost empty(so when the window would crash, we would not be injured)
THen the fire was melting down, and we kept the balcony cool with some extra water.
Jeez, I was shaking. Hopefully enough my father was cool enough to get the thing outside... Pfff, damn..
As far as damage, only some soot on some places inside..But my dad and I are okay, so that is what matters...
So you see, even when you work safe, you still have to rely on good tools..And even good ones, can be dangerous...
