Because my ex decided to pull that on me yesterday. Of course we backed up but could it have really been a potential problem?

I still can't believe she'd pull that kid shit.

Well we're already pressing charges. If nothing else it could be assault. Fireworks are illegal here as well.

Apparently a good lawyer could make a case for 2 counts of attempted manslaughter.

I mean if the thing damaged a fuel line it could have been 2 fried motherfuckers dead in a cadillac.

It could potentially be dangerous, but the M-80s they make today arent anything like the ones made in the 70's.

Be thankfull she didnt throw a quater stick of dynomite at you.

M-80s are just funny looking firecrackers now, not much more gunpowerder in it then a black cat. Now if she did this 20 years ago, could be a different story.

Does your girlfriend wear a turbin and face mecca praying 5 times a day?

Stupid question. Of course it could cause a fire...

Idea. Stay away from your Ex. If she is following you, file for an exparte order of protection (Adult abuse in some states). There will be a hearing, but if she comes near you, she could be arrested. This is addition to the assult charge.

You don't need an attorney for this in most states. Have a lawyer represent you is always wise. I am not an attorney so all this is lay opinion. Sounds like you might have one involved already since you are pressing charges.

My friend is pressing charges. He was driving the car and I was the passenger. We ended up chasing her down and having the police come. It was either that or beat the fuck out of her and her boyfriend on the side of the road. Since she's poor white trash we decided it'd be funnier to get her to go even broker.
