In one recent poll that showed Kerry ahead, the repub. talking heads complained because they said most of those polled were registered dems, lmao.

I'm saying that the Harris poll is not a survey of Rochester residents. I've read the methodology of that poll. Rochester is just where their headquarters is located.

I wasn't making an excuse. Only read the numbers and made a statement. I could care less about the results. Votes are what count...not polls.

Few of these polls have any real meaning now.
Starting in late September, THEN poll reading will be much more interesting and meaningful.

even if most people voted for gore for instance bush still won due to having more electoral votes..

ive seen polls later than this.......and they have Bush's approval ratings falling even more and Kerry in the lead

Speaking of poll data gathering. I just recently (last week) participated in one. Most of them are done via telephone. They asked me about 20 questions and the last one was "are you a democrate, republican, independant, or other party".
This polling company clearly stated that they were hired by ABC at the begining of the phone call.

Why not? most polls gather from like 2000 or so people. One persons data is fairly signifigant with those numbers. Hopefully the american sheep will follow along with what is popular.
