I hate pop ups also and i would think all our customer and potential members would also...
So we dont have pop ups on any of our 108 sites at www.AdultLounge.com :-)

never had a problem with them. hosted galleries and use there content. never been an issue before.

yes but they are revshare, and they are opening a tgp site full of the same sites your are promoting without your reff code.. if you like to gift your trafficc to them its up to you...
