Does chameleon submitter take care of the way the descriptions need to be for each site. I mean some sites want only lower case some want all uppercase some want the first letter of each word capital. Does it do that when filling in the forms?

Using version2.0 I capitalize the first letter in every word, haven't had any problems

It doesn't do it, but I believe any sites in the database that need small changes like that are "Manual Submit" sites.
