    The legalities of shooting content in different states of the US

    serious question here....


    besides having the models sign a release and verify with an id card, what are any legal issues involved in shooting content in the US. more specifically, what would i have to take into account when shooting content in NY state.

          Check the prostitution laws... You may not be able to shoot POV content if your paying the model and are the stud in the content!

                  You may be able to say it is art... But, It can be expensive to make your point in a court of law... They could cost you a lot of $$$ in defending yourself...
