    Is the Clinton/Bush doctrine dead?

    Is the Clinton-Bush doctine of bombing or invading countries based on intelligence regarding WMD's dead or is this only the beginning?

                  I think it is only the beginning, and that it wont be limited to usage by the US....

                  Russia, Israel, China and maybe smaller countries will take that route also.

                  It finally is only a change of " wording " for invasion....
