Bro, I wasn't trying to start a war with you. I have a lot of respect for the guys at Epassporte. What they are trying to do is very complex and it will take some time for all the bugs to get worked out.

Epassporte has been nothing but a good experience for me.

Ironically this happened to me today for the first time. Overall though, I give them a big thumbs up. The exchange rates may be poor but the convenience outweighs that IMO.

IN my opinion if ths site isnt ready it shouldnt have been laucnhed.

I myself started an account, but have never used it because of all of this.

We understand the project, but boasting in every paypal thread while launching this and the way it came about doesnt do very good considering the amount of serious complaints regarding money issues.

Things people are complaining about are not the most complex parts of their system. Maybe they need better programmers.

I swear the real techs there DO know what they're doing, it's the phone support people who haven't a clue.

Every time I have dealt with someone in Corp, issues are instantly resolved. Just catching them is tough sometimes.
