I haven't had a boss in over four years, but if I saw one of them today there is a good chance I'd try and punch them in the face.
But this does not make me a bad business person.

i guess it depends on how you view the situation.
ill cite a couple examples....without talking about the person i know you are trying to bash here..as i dont know the situation there at all.
1.employer has a history of beating women, you know it...put up with it as he is your boss..but one day you catch him in the act.
2. employer is constantly talking down and insulting their employees...treating them like dirt....how far can you push someone until their pride makes them stand up?
3. Employer is nice and keeps things fair....employee snaps and beats the crap out of him...yes then there is an issue.Telegram PhoenixBrad
