Yahoo to buy Overture

Wow..

http://www.publish.com/news/447-Publish%20News.html

In a big-time move in the popular search and pay-per-click advertising space, Yahoo and Overture today announced that they have signed a definitive agreement under which Yahoo will acquire Overture. Under the terms of the agreement, each outstanding common share of Overture will receive 0.6108 shares of Yahoo! common stock and $4.75 in cash, a purchase price of approximately $1.63 billion.

Let the search engine wars begin...
