Get the Alienware laptop!

Can you play Counter-Strike on a tablet when you get bored?

Maybe, but would you enjoy it?

I have both a laptop and a Tablet PC, the Compaq TC1000. I use the tablet a lot around the house, the batteries last forever and it is great to have in bed to check stats etc.

But...It is not a practical machine to use if you have to do any serious work. Text entry is a bitch and the pens constantly wear out and can be difficult to replace. There is no way that it is practical to take on vacation to work on.

For travel I bought a Sony K15 which is almost as fast as the Alienware you have there for a lot less. If you are not worried about battery time get the P4 rather than Centrino.
