The term "fisting laws" is misleading.

When someone says "fisting is illegal," he really means "my lawyer says fisting is too risky" and the actual truth is "fisting might be found to be obscene by a jury somewhere and if the jury finds it obscene then the unlucky webmaster finds out after the fact that it was illegal."

Exactly.

There is no such thing as a fisting law. There are obscenity laws, and they have tried to prosecute under the obscenity "blanket" for plain jane, vanilla sex, just as they have fisting.

There have been quite a few Penthouse and Hustler magazines that have shown fisting in their pictorials. Obscene?
