Anyone know a good passive radiator I could use for sub bin?
Should I just rip the magnet off a cheap sub or find a real passive radiator and if so, where? |

speakers. Subwoofer. I have a 4 foot tall subwoofer cabinet that has been reworked with a downward firing sub and now I have a huge 10 inch hole at the top front that I want to put a passive radiator in. Passive radiator = a speaker with no coils, no magnets and only a spider, surround and cone to remain. It moves based on sound pressure inside the cabinet to fill out the extremely low frequencies so that you don't head the coil talking. | |
